Louisiana ANNUAL REPORT FILING INFORMATION

The Louisiana Commercial Division requires that both Corporations and LLCs file an Annual Report. The form to complete the Annual Report is mailed out 60 days in advance of the due date. The report is due on the anniversary of the company’s initial date of filing. Currently online filing of the Annual Report is not offered.

The reports are due on the anniversary of the companies’ initial date of filing.
Limited Liability Company	$25.00
The reports are due on the anniversary of the companies’ initial date of filing.

Louisiana ANNUAL REPORT FILING PENALTIES

Failure to file the Annual Report form will result in the administrative dissolution or revocation of the entity.
